Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as Thai Boxing or The Art of Eight Limbs (hands, legs, elbows, and knees), is a traditional Thai martial art and full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. Iโ€™ve been training in different martial arts for over 10 years and practicing Muay Thai for the past 7 years. I also coached for 3 years at a prominent gym in Mirissa.

My sessions combine the essence of Muay Thai with mindful movement and functional fitness โ€” helping you build strength, balance, and confidence both physically and mentally. Thereโ€™s no rush to learn; the training will be adapted to your level. Even if youโ€™re starting from scratch, youโ€™re welcome here.

๐Ÿ‰ Traditional Fitness Session: Warrior Flow ~

For the past few years, Iโ€™ve been dealing with a few injuries. I got caught in a loop of training others but not taking care of myself. One day, I said enough is enough. I decided to go to a physio and start a proper rehab workout.

During that process, with my own knowledge and the help of some amazing coaches I met along the way, I began to develop my own method โ€” improving my rehab workouts by combining traditional Hindu ancient movements, animal flow, and full-range mobility, stretching, and strength exercises.

In this session, my intention is to guide people to move with awareness and through their full range of motion. Most modern gyms and fitness systems focus on repetitions and isolation โ€” but they rarely teach you to move with your entire body, mind, and breath as one.

Through Warrior Flow, I want to help you reconnect with the power rooted deep within us โ€” the natural strength and spiritual energy that humans have forgotten over the years. These ancient movement patterns remind us that we were always meant to move freely, to flow, to be grounded, and to feel alive in our own bodies.
