As an orophile (A person who loves mountains) I love riding my motorcycle through these misty roads filled with majestic mountainscapes. It feel pure and soul healing. On this day I rode around 07 hours from Ella to Ahangama in Sri Lanka. The roads were filled with mist , the morning rain made it more colorful and vibrant too. But I had to stop recording and focus on riding as the rain were getting heavier, despite the rain I rode all my way home. It was a fun and adventurous experience. I hope you like this and your support is immense.
Today I became 31 and I thought I should remind myself to live a little than trying to be somewhere else. I know we all want to be somewhere else, somewhere better, somewhere weโve been dreaming of, but when you reach that dream, youโll start chasing another one. So slow down, take deep breaths, slow down to smell the flowers around you, to appreciate the loved ones around you, to nurture true connections, and to take care of yourself. I know money is necessary in life, and you need it for many thingsโto travel, to be healthy, even to be happy. But these moments wonโt last forever, no matter how bad your situation is. Enjoy the here and now while you take slow and healthy steps toward your dreams. If you canโt slow down, ask yourself this question, โIf I die today, will I be satisfied?โ
Sometimes you just have to GO is a motorcycle film about a soulful motorcycle journey I did in Arugambay, located in the southeast part of Sri Lanka. In August 2023, I left my home town to travel the Southeast alone. Upon leaving, I could never have anticipated everything that Iโd encounter over the next 09 days. It simply became a soulful motorcycle journey because of the people I met, challenges I faced and life lessons I learned. The life lesson I am trying to convey through this motorcycle film is to go for it, never wait for the right moment, here, right now is the perfect moment. Life is short, go out there and explore, do what you love doing, take that bus, cruise or train you always wanted to take and see where life is going to take you. You donโt need a destination, the journey itself is your destination. Sometimes you just have to GO and see where life takes you.
Journey to the unknown is about two friendsโ spontaneous motorcycle road trip to a hidden waterfall in South Sri Lanka. In your life you meet many great people along the way, especially when you are travelling. Tyler and I met during the tuk tuk tournament in Sri Lanka. Me, Tyler, and JW shared an epic time together. End of the tournament JW had to leave Sri Lanka , Tyler and me continued the adventure further, before he left Sri Lanka, BUT this time it was on motorcycles. We met in the South and decided to go to anywhere, so I searched on the map and spontaneously found this hidden waterfall inside a rural village in Akuressa, about 1 and half hours inside the country from the coast. The real magic happened when we stumbled upon this little slice of paradiseโan enchanting waterfall surrounded by nothing but natureโs beauty, it was like stepping into a dream. We went through many challenges, specially Tyler , like leeches haha and also met a kind soul known as โKiri Mamaโ (Literally it means โMilk uncleโ, but itโs a pet name) who take cares of the waterfall and the visitors. I couldnโt record our way back home as my action cam got some water in it. After a few days of drying in the heat, it worked as normal. So, join us on this wild ride as we uncover one of the hidden treasures of Sri Lanka, and who knows? Maybe youโll feel inspired to embark on your own unforgettable escapade. Thanks for tuning in, folks. Until next time, keep chasing those adventures and living life to the fullest. Peace out !
Welcome back, adventurers! After a brief hiatus, Iโm thrilled to bring you the long-awaited second half of the Tuk Tuk Madness adventure in Sri Lanka. Tuk Tuk tournament was a turning point of my life, I made many experiences and friends for life, definitely a different experience than a solo motorcycle adventure.

Heyall, how have you been guys ? It took me a while to edit this video, been busy at home with my family & also editing photos etc. So as you know (if youโve watched my video) I went to the south coastal side of Sri Lanka for a photoshoot and here is some glimpses of that photoshoot day. This was a food photoshoot for one of my previous clients Kixi ; a restaurant & a cafรฉ with a rooftop bar in the lighthouse street of Galle Dutch fort. I hope you enjoyed this video. Stay tuned for more adventurous videos of me traveling in the Southeast coast of Sri Lanka. As always thank you for being here ๐
After a few days later of my Kingdom exploration I am back on the road, but this time I am traveling for work, I am on my way to do a photoshoot in the south coastal side of Sri Lanka, which has been my second home for past 03 and half years. This ride is not new to me, so far itโs the most ridden route in my motorcycle, but this time itโs special because I am sharing it with yโall. Also I really loved the place I stayed in Galle and Sudesh (owner) was fantastic, so I thought why not give him a shoutout : https://www.booking.com/hotel/lk/oceaโฆ
In my previous video I visited the oldest remaining temple of tooth in Sri Lanka. This belongs to Damabadeniya era, the 03rd kingdom era of Sri Lanka. In this video I visited Dambadeniya rock fortress ,where the palace is. Most of the times tourists & even locals visit Sigiriya, the most popular rock fortress in Sri Lanka BUT avoiding places like Dambadeniya due to the lack of popularity. I visited on a week day and the place was empty, I was the only person there, so I enjoyed it very much, exploring, vlogging & thinking how this place would have been back then, how people stepped on the same stair case I was stepping and so on. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did. Thank you for being here.
In this vlog I visited the 03rd kingdom of Sri Lanka, Dambadeniya. This kingdom also very neglected and underrated today. Before visiting the kingdom I visited โthe oldest remaining temple of tooth relic of Lord Buddhaโ. Every kingdom had a temple of tooth as preserving the relics of Lord Buddha was a resemblance of a kingship in ancient Sri Lanka. Since the 1st & 2nd kingdom eraโs temples of tooth were demolished by the invaders, Dambadeniya era temple became the oldest remaining temple of tooth. Hope you enjoy this vlog and thank you for being here ๐
Panduwasnuwara is a kingdom that had a significant role in Sri Lankan history, for some reason itโs neglected today, even thereโs no village or town by that name in the map of Sri Lanka. So as I was so curious to know what โPanduwasnuwaraโ had to offer to our history, I visited this place which was built in the 12th century. If youโre a foreigner or a local I would urge you to visit this place as there are very less visitors to this amazing place.
Itโs a heartfelt pleasure to be on YouTube again. I am Kaku a guy who left his 09 to 05 job and became a travel lifestyle photographer, now pursuing his new dream being a moto vlogger. I am from Sri Lanka and here onwards youโll see my journey through Sri Lanka and with time hopefully in other countries too. Though my main purpose is traveling and moto vlogging, I also would share some films, photography POVs & moments of my life. I hope you would enjoy my videos and your support is immense.
